Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) with experience leading cross-functional teams in
the delivery of major web design, development and support products and services.
Specifically, projects managed must include the creation of customer-facing, commercial
web products that have driven material and transactional revenue to the company.
Responsibilities include:
Planning, controlling, executing and delivering small to medium project(s) 1k-150k budgets
Creating accurate and reliable project estimates
Identifying resources and skill sets required to complete the project
Staffing the project through the assignment of roles and responsibilities to all identified team members
Creating and maintaining the project budget
Identifying project problems and corrective action
Organizing appropriate code reviews and testing paradigms
Testing of deliverables
Planning and facilitating status and project review meetings
Providing leadership and appropriate recognition to project team members
Developing and executing project reports and updates
Client Communication including project pitches, progress reports and product demos
Participating in program presentations, post project reviews and identification and recommendation of opportunities for improvement
The PM will partner with internal organizations to produce requirements specifications, create and understand project risk profiles, scope, approach, resources, timeline and budget for projects. The PM will act as the central liaison in a cross-functional project organization.
The PM candidate must have a proven track record of structuring, estimating, planning and managing all phases of the product development lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS

Ability to communicate to internal and external audiences, clearly and succinctly
Ability to create web documentation and project plans
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Supervisory experience a must
Attention to detail
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
The preferred candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in web-based development and/or
interactive media, with four years managing increasingly complex and challenging projects.
Experience with process improvement initiatives is a major advantage for this position.
The candidate will have a Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science or another technical discipline. Will consider other candidates with non-technical degrees based upon significant job experience. An MBA or MSCS is a plus.
